Remodeling can be very expensive and sometimes hiring the wrong person can cost even more. I’m very glad I found Viva Windows to replace my old 80’s windows and they were able to provide the best prices with quality windows. The communication was superb between the company and me as the client. The criticism I could provide was the company was unsure of my 1st initial down payment, but it was straighten it out right away. The estimated timeframe was off by an additional week. Only one of the windows came in damaged during the installation process, but the main installer notified the company for a replacement at no cost! Lastly, I’m very satisfied with my new double pane windows, which reduced greatly the exterior noises and my central unit is able to maintain colder temperatures. ~ Rey C

We’ve used Viva Windows twice for replacing about 15 windows in our home. Viva Windows should provide training to other companies on customer service. Viva Windows is great start to finish and all in between. Vanessa (main person handling quote and all the details) and Tom (measure and install) are great assets to Viva Windows. Everything is smooth and easy with Viva. They have a 100% follow through. No surprises, gimmicks or hard sell tactics. Good job Viva Windows for doing EXACTLY what you set out - good price on windows and nice people to work with. I requested quotes from 4 different window providers/installers and HANDS DOWN VIVA Windows came in at a VERY reasonable price. They estimated a 4-6 week timeframe for install, were in CONSTANT communication from day 1 (shout out to Vanessa!), and showed up much earlier than their projected time for me. - the installers were extremely professional, knowledgeable, clean, expeditious and answered all my questions with a smile; install was done same day! I highly recommend Viva windows. Starts with Vanessa who was so patient with me . I wanted to add 18 inches to my window. I must've changed the style and dimensions multiple times before I concluded what I wanted. I did 2 windows. They were very reasonable in price. I know because I called multiple places. The installer was awesome. I wish I could remember his name. The windows came in earlier than expected. He was quick and professional. He answered all my questions. He did a great job.. This is NOT a glass replacement/repair place, no window company is. With that being said I spoke directly to the owner looking for fix a glass after calling several window companies. He explained that they just sell the windows whole. He referred me to an actually glass repairman. Very nice of them to refer me, all the other window companies just told me they don’t do that and hung up. When it’s time to replace my windows I want them to do it because they are so honest about everything and very informative. ~ Kat

Our house was built in the 50's. We replaced a 10'x5' living room cast iron frame window with a modern double slider window. It is beautiful. The installation team was fast and efficient. Their work was excellent. We recommend Viva. ~ steve c
